1.7 Update for SWAT 3: Elite Edition Now Available 01/30/01
Sierra has released the 1.7 Update for all versions of SWAT 3: Elite Edition for free download. Version 1.7 introduces the following changes:
- Shooting accuracy is improved while moving.
- Long-range pistol accuracy has been reduced.
- Chat support is enabled between "dead" characters.
- After a multiplayer session, players return to that session's starting room when they choose "Call-Up."
- Additional Sierra-sanctioned mod missions (Autoshop, Garage, Library, Post Office) are supported in the Scenario Editor.
- Player preferences (weapon, ammunition, skin, camouflage) are automatically saved.
