Crime Information
High Risk Warrant Service. One Franklin Jefferson Hall is being served an arrest warrant for non-payment of child support totaling $140,549. A confidential informant has connected Hall to a string of violent bank robberies throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The method of operation (MO) has been the same in all six robberies: Each have occurred in under a minute and a half, with one robber calling out the time; each have resulted in at least one customer or employee being shot in an act of intimidation; stolen vehicles were used for the assault cars while rental vehicles were used for switch and escape; robbers were heavily armed and dressed in tactical clothing.
Location Information
The warrant service location is Hall's hillside home. There are two entry points: the front door and a basement side door. Good cover exists at both.
