Ray Bornstein
Lead Animator
I graduated from CalArts with a BFA degree in Character Animation. I
worked at Filmation, creating the TV shows He-Man, Shera and Ghostbusters,
and I worked on the 'Pinocchio' feature. I worked for four years as
supervising animator for Interlight International (in Tallahassee, FL),
creating Bible stories for CD-I. I freelanced for a few years, owning my own
animation company (Raymation, Inc.), creating animation for TV commercials
and laser light shows, as well as doing storyboards and character designs.
Just before coming to Sierra On-Line, I worked at the Disney Institute as an
animation instructor. Now I'm here, as lead animator for GK3.
Personal info: I love my two dogs, Angel and Free. I love my family
and friends. I love the earth, and spend as much time as I can outside
hiking, foraging, playing. I love athletic stuff, especially tennis and
basketball. I have many nicknames, people here call me Raymation. I love
animation and storytelling, and look forward to many years doing such here
at Sierra. And I love cookies and other healthy foods.
