3D Animator
I have been working as an animator on Gabriel Knight 3 for over a
year and a half. It is my first game at Sierra. I have an AA degree in
Computer Animation and a BFA in the Visual Arts.
Working on Gabriel Knight 3 has been an education. Every part of
this game goes beyond conventional approaches and rules to game making, and
it's complexity has forced us into inventing creative alternatives. There
are many challenges as an animator; making characters that look alive all
the time, creating a web of branching animations that transition well
together for each character, and animation economy (galvanized). The team is
great, and it's exciting to see what solutions people come up with.
