When choosing to play over the Internet you have two connection options: Direct (TCP/IP) and World Opponent Network (WON). TCP/IP connections support up to four players depending on your connection. However, we recommend WON as the ideal environment for finding gaming partners. After a game is intiated, players remain connected to WON.
