Download the SWAT 2 Windows Desktop Theme
Robert Ramos, a rabid SWAT fan, recently sent us a Windows desktop theme he made featuring sounds and images from SWAT 2. Game designer Susan Frischer was so impressed with Robert's work she suggested that it be available on this site.
To install the theme, download the file SWAT_2.zip and place the file in the Windows Theme directory. Unzip the file, then select Settings/Control Panel from the Windows Start Button. Double click on the themes folder and select the theme SWAT_2.

SWAT 2 Demo
The SWAT 2 demo, released exclusively to Download.com on June 10, snagged the honor of CNET's Top PC Game Download for the week ending June 21. CNET's Eliot Van Buskirk acknowledged the game was "doing very well," beating out games such as Eidos Interactive's Final Fantasy VII, Microsoft's Age of Empires, and KoroBrown's South Park: Avenging Kenny's Death. Nearly 200,000 copies of the 28.1MB demo have been downloaded so far.

Movies
The SWAT 2 Movie Trailer is quite possibly the most stunning glimpse at police action available this side of network television (in our opinion, of course).
